These Terms are an agreement between you and MyWebSpace Technologies (Proprietor: Shila Sinha; Udyam No. UDYAM-WB-14-0288351; Trade Licence No. 0917P77426513973), correspondence address MB Line, B.T. Road, Opposite Titagarh Police Station, Titagarh, Kolkata – 700119. By creating an account or using any of our Services (mywebspace.in, its subdomains and apps, including MudraOS, Saraswati OS, AI Creative Studio, Smart Teacher, Rishte Naate and Naata), you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our other policies on mywebspace.in.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a valid contract under Indian law. If you use the Services for a business or school, you confirm you are authorised to act for it.
2. Your account
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use.
3. Services and AI credits
- Some features are free. AI features use AI credits, which you buy in advance.
- Credit prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay.
- AI credits do not expire. They can be used until exhausted.
- Credits are for use within our Services only. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
- We may change prices for future purchases. Credits already bought are not affected.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. MyWebSpace Technologies is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged; prices shown are the final amount payable. We will update this if our registration status changes.
5. Your content
You own the data you enter and the content you create. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Services to you. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow our AI Disclaimer & Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks it, without refund of credits used for misuse.
7. Our intellectual property
The software, design, names and logos of MyWebSpace, MudraOS, Saraswati OS and our other products belong to us. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them.
8. Availability
We try to keep the Services running at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages or events beyond our control may cause downtime.
9. Limitation of liability
The Services, including AI outputs, are provided “as is”. Check important figures, bills and AI outputs before relying on them. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or data.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion Policy). We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or where required by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal will have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact the Grievance Officer first; most issues can be solved directly.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will inform you by email or in the app. Continued use after the change means you accept it.
