1. Refund rules

| Duplicate payment for the same order | Full refund of the extra payment |
| Credits bought, none used, request within 7 days of purchase | Full refund |
| Credits partly or fully used | No refund |
| Account suspended for misuse | No refund |
| School or business plan under a signed agreement | As per that agreement |
2. How to request
Email the Grievance Officer at admin@mywebspace.in with your registered email or mobile number, transaction ID and reason. We reply within 2 working days.
3. Refund timeline
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, through Cashfree Payments. Bank processing times may add a few days.
4. Cancellation
You can stop using the Services or delete your account at any time. There are no automatic recurring charges unless you clearly opt in to a subscription. Any special offer may have its own terms, which will be shown on the offer page before payment.
