You can delete your MyWebSpace account and data at any time. This page is also our data deletion URL for Facebook, Instagram and Google sign-in.
Option 1: in the app
Sign in and open the Delete Account page (also available from your account settings), then confirm. Your data is deleted immediately.
Option 2: by request
Email admin@mywebspace.in from your registered email (subject: “Delete my account”), or WhatsApp +91 89102 31763 from your registered mobile number. We confirm deletion within 7 days.
What is deleted
Your profile, login details, business or school data, uploaded files and AI-generated content.
What is kept, anonymised
Payment and AI-credit ledger records, without your name or contact details, as required for accounting and tax law. Unused AI credits are lost on deletion.
If you signed in with Facebook, Instagram or Google
Deleting your MyWebSpace account removes all data we received from them. You can also remove our app’s access from that platform’s own settings.
